This is an offer for a limited period applicable to those consumers who recommend the sample of 'Parachute Advansed Ayurvedic Oil' by SMSes or Business reply envelopes, reaching the prescribed address on or before November 31, 2011 only (for Tamil Nadu) and January 31, 2012 (for Kerala, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh).
This recommendation programme is available and limited for selected cities and towns in the State of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra.
Only one sample will be sent per request/recommendation. Marico will not be held responsible for any loss in transit or on post or for any leakage or damage happening during transit.
For Entries to be eligible to be part of the subsequent campaigns, the Business Reply Envelope or SMS should reach on or before August 31, 2011 (for Tamil Nadu and Kerala), November 30, 2011 (for Andhra Pradesh) and December 15, 2011 (for Maharashtra). SMS charges apply.
Marico reserves the right of selecting the eligible entries of consumer's experience after use of Parachute Advansed Ayurvedic Hair Oil to be shortlisted for the next campaign. Marico's decision in this regard shall be final.
Marico shall as per its discretion contact the eligible consumers as per the contact details provided by the Consumers in the Business Reply Envelope or through SMS.
If for any reason due to the incorrect address or telephone numbers Marico Limited is not in a position to get in touch with any of the consumers who have shared their experiences and stories; then in that event Marico Limited shall not be responsible for the same.
Marico will not be responsible for non-delivery of the free sample on account of non-availability of the person recommended during the time of delivery or wrong / incomplete address.
It is expressly stated that this is a recommendation programme initiated by Parachute Advansed and no prizes or benefits will accrue to the participant/or person recommended. There are no cash incentives for replying with Business reply envelope and also for participation in the subsequent campaigns for Marico Limited.
Participation in the future campaigns is at the sole discretion of the Consumers and there will be no compulsion from Marico Limited in this regard.
The Addresses and Messages in Business Reply Envelope or shared over phone will be the property of Marico. Marico reserves the right to use the said information along with the consumer's name and place in any future communication.

All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
